1. The tender will close at 1530 hours and will be opened in public at 1600 hours, on the date mentioned above at Finance Department, 4" Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashrnir Road, Lahore. 2. Tender documents/TOR can be purchased up to a day before closing date from 0900 to 1500 hours on any working day. 3. Local Companies/Consultants/firms desirous of quoting for above tenders are required to provide a copy of valid Income Tax/General Sales Tax and latest Professional Tax Certificate along with their request for purchase of tender documents. Before purchasing tender documents, an authorized representative of the bidder may first examine the tender documents available at the above mentioned address
