Sealed tenders are invited on 13-1/11 form, fmm the interested firms Contractors registered with PEC for the following works under the management of PPHI Sindh, a cornpany registered under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984.

Terms & Conditions: 1. Contractors are advised to quote their rates on percentage basis above / below on the schedule .B. items / and quote their own rates on non schedule items
2. The work calculation/RCE may vary by (+) or (-) 10, 3. Interested firms Contractors may obtain the tender documents for above works along with complete detail of scope of work from the office of the “PPHI, Sindh Office" Banglow # 8-86, Street 15, Bath-Island Clifton Karachi by submitting application 01 10001 head along with tender fee (non-refundable) as shown above and call deposit of 2% the estimated cost from the datedf publication of NIT in the daily newspaper up to closing date of the tenders. 4. Sealed tender on prescribed proforma along with 2% earnest money of the total cost in the form of pay order / call deposit (in the name of PPHI Sindh) should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of PPHI Sindh, Karachi on the date shown as above by 1.00 pm, the tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of contractors or their representatives at 2.00 pm by the committee 5. No tenders will be sold on the date of opening 6. All tenders shall include Government taxes. These will be deducted frorn the bills according to the Government rules 7. Conditional tenders / applications will not be entertained 8. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason
