()Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Managernent Company (PIE) was established By Govt. of the Punjab with Public Private Partnership, to facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab. 0PIEDMC invites bids for supply and installation of LED street lights on the existing infrastructure at Multan Industrial Estate Phase-II-Multan as under: 00ver Head LT conductor with Hardware on already erected P.0 poles. 050 OVA Pole Mounted Transformers as per latest WAPDA/MEPCO Specifications. OLED Street Light with SIP Control panel and Photo Cell. °Contractor to obtain 80 KVA connections from WAPDA/MEPCO for Street Light. eThe consultants are requested to submit their pre-qualification documents including but not limited to their experience in developing such power projects. ()The bidders must: • Have said registration by PEC in C-5 and above in appropriate category. • Be registered with the FOR for income tax & salestax. "Not be blacklisted by any government, semi government or autonomous organization, etc. "Have sufficient financial, technical and human resource to complete the project within the prescribed time limit of the finalization of the contract. 'Enclose 2% of bid price as bid security with financial proposal, which should be in form of CDR/DD hams scheduled bank. "Submit the bid in accordance with the Single Stage-Two Envelop procedure of PPRA (Punjab) Rules 2009. 'Submit bid addressed to General Manager Technical PIEDMC up to 20 February 2014. OThe biding documents along with antecedent specification of the above mentioned material can be obtained from General Manager Technical PIE DMC during the office hour, on payment of non-refundable Rs.4000/- in shape of Bank Draft/ Pay order in favor of PIEDMC. The bid evaluation criteria are included in the bidding documents. eThe qualified bidders will be informed after evaluation of technical proposals for the opening of financial proposals accordingly. °Incomplete bids, defective bids and bids not confirming to the bidding documents shall be liable to rejection, the bids received after due time & date shall be summarily rejected.
