Prerequisites of tender:
1. Sealed quotations on firm's letter head must include Prices in PKR, detailed specifications and quotations validity and delivery time. All papers should be duly singed & stamp. 2. Quotation should clearly mention unit prices including transportation, loading/unloading and other charges to the desired location. 3. A bid security of 2% of total bid amount in shape of CDR, Demand draft issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Agribusiness Support Fund must be submitted with financial quotation. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be rejected as non-responsive bid. 4. Please submit complete profiles, copy of NTN, sales tax and documented relevant past experience. 5. An affidavit that the contractor/company is not blacklisted by any organization/NGO and government department. 6. Quotations will be evaluated on the basis of: Unit Price, past experience, delivery time and quality of seeds. 7. All applicable Taxes (withholding etc) shall be deducted as per Pakistan Taxation law. 8. The right to accept or reject any Quotation and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award is reserved, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders or any obligations to inform bidders of the grounds for this action. 9. Failing to provide sealed Quotation may result in disqualification of company. 10. Sealed financial proposals should be submitted through any track-able courier service on or before 6th February, 2014with inscription on envelope nQuotation for Capsicum Seed" and send at below mentioned address. 11. TAP has the right to split the order among one or more supplier 12. If necessitated inspection visits may be conducted to Short listed vendor's warehouse, all relevant documents like import document, Bill of Lading etc should be available at the time of inspection visits. 13.
