Project Management Unit of Land Records Management & Information Systems, Board of Revenue, Punjab seeks applications from Punjab domiciled candidates for appointment on contract basis against the following posts in the project for fol loosing Districts/Tehsil,

Engineering (Civil) at least 2' division from HEC recognized University, preferably with a second relevant degree. • Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement planning, implementation and monitoring of large projects. • Candidate with experience of working on at least one major donor funded project and having conducted procurements using donor's guidelines will be preferred. Consultant (QA) Engineering 01 22-35 70,000 • Must have at least 50% marks 4 years Bachelore in Computer Science, from some reputed foreign or HEC—recognized institution. • Must have at least 3 years hands-on post —qualification experience in software development with at least 2 years experience in software testing. • Must have high proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, AJAX, XHTML, DHTML, XML, UML, MS Visio. • Must have profound knowledge of 00AD, 00P, architecture designing, Web 2.0, Design Patterns, Application Blocks, RIO, SOA • ?v1ust have profound knowledge Sofhvare Quality Assurance and Software and Software Testing principles and standards. • Must have high proficiency in test automation tools, test script management tools, QA tools, SCM tools such as QTP, SVN, Test Director etc., black box, white box, regression, load and stress testing, full test lifecycle, including cre,ating/defining/executing/validating/writing test cases from use-cases, test data, test documentation, test plans, test scripts, test conditions, test progress, estimation reports, completion report, code reviews, quality checks to improve the robusmess and scalability of the applications. • Must have good communication skills. Network System Administrator 03 22-35 70,000/. • Bachelors (4years) OR Masters in IT/Computer Sciences / Electronics from HEC recognized university / Institution. • CCNA Certification. • 2 years experience of design installation and maintenance of Local, Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN). Services/Client in an operational and online transaction processing environment at a local or foreign organization of good repute. Land Revenue Specialist 01 25-50 90,000/. • Master in social sciences or equivalent (at least 211° Division) from a recoglized institution • 5 years experience in the field of Land Revenue Administration OR • Bachelors degree (at least 21'd division) from a recognized institution • 10 years experience in the field of land Revenue administration. OR • Intermediate (at least 2' division) from a recognized institution • 20 years experience in the field of Land Revenue Administration
