Tender Notice - Construction Work - Provincial Building Division Sargodha -

TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentage above or below on approved estimated (DNIT) amount are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below from the contractors / firms enlisted / renewed with C & W Department for the current financial year in the field of Bui/dinos works. 2. Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation to bids in the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC license, Identity Card of Contractor / Managing Partner / Director of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR / Bank Draft! Cashier's Cheque from any Scheduled Bank:-
i) Chief Engineer, Punjab Buildings Department (South Zone), Lahore. ii) Commissioner, Sargodha Division. Sargodha. iii) Superintending Engineer, Provincial Buildings Circle, Sargodha. iv) District Coordination Officer, Sargodha / Khushab. v) Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division, Sargodha. vi) Assistant Commissioner concerned.
3. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. 4. Tenders will be received in the offices of Chief Engineer. Punjab Buildings Department (South Zone), Lahore and Commissioner, Sargodha Division. Sargodha and will be opened simultaneously on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee at the above venues in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives who opt to be present. 5. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained.
6. The Superintending Engineer, reserves the rights of rejecting any or all of the tenders as per PPRA Rules.
