OualificationsRequired: Electrical Controls Technician (Two Positions): Completion of ten years of education and three years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical, Instrument (Instrumentation) or Automation Teclmology is required Three years of experience as an Electrical Controls Technician with digital building control system is required. The required experience must be with large, modern, commercial or Government office building in operations and maintenance. Incumbent must have a good working knowledge of building electrical control systems (structure and design), direct digital control technology, devices and control wiring. Incumbent must be familiar with international building, electrical codes lobe able to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work to meet code requirements.
HVAC Controls Technician (Two Positions): Completion of ten years of education and three years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Instrument, or Automation Technology is required. Three years of experience as a HVAC Controls Technician with digital building control system is required. The required experience must be with large, modem, commercial or Government office building in operations and maintenance. Six months journey-level experience in the repair and maintenance of digital building control systems is also required. Incumbent must have a good working knowledge of building mechanical control systems (structure and design), direct digital control technology, devices and control wiring. A general knowledge of building systems and operations, mechanical principles and theories, and familiarization of the proper use and hazards of chemical materials is required.
Good English language, computer skills and a valid Pakistani driver's license for Motor Car/Jeep are also required.
