However, engineering background would be considered an added qualification. Should have 20-25 years of related experience including 10-15 years of experience of heading procurement/commercial department of process/chemical sector. Should have outstanding negotiation and analytical skills coupled with leadership qualities to interact at national and international level for commercial activities. Should have excellent in-depth knowledge and business acumen coupled with proficiency in correspondence with local and foreign procurement, custom clearance/tariff and allied matters. Should have extensive knowledge of supply sources of technologies, plants/machinery, equipments, spares and raw materials in international as well as local market for a heavy chemical industry. This is a leadership position while handling/managing procurement activities in billions and candidate should be intelligent, self-motivated and seasoned enough to fit in a huge corporate environment as an excellent team player. *Manager Human Resource:- Qualification & Experience:- Minimum post-graduate from an HEC recognized institute. Overall 15-20 years experience including 10 years on managerial position in a large industrial set-up. Candidate should have thorough knowledge & experience of HRM & HRD issues and applicable employment laws as per best HR practices. Capable to develop and implement HR policies & procedures including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and dealing with Govt. Institutions etc. II Manager Finance:- Qualification & Experience:- Chartered Accountant (Qualified). Overall 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in industrial set-up, preferably.
