ST Ventures-NUST desires to Pre-qualify suppliers, firms, dealers and manufacturers for supply of following Solar Based Equipment a. Solar Evacuated Glass Tubes b. Circulation Pump C. Piping with insulation d. Heat Exchanger/ Economizer e. Metallic Support Structure (galvanized) O Hot Water Storage Tank g. Solar PV power generating systems (Off Grid/On Grid systems) 2. Only the interested and committed suppliers, firms, dealers and manufacturers may submit following docurnents for evaluation: • Application on Letter-Head: Mention category for which applying. • Personal Profile: Particulars of applicant. • Business Profile: Staff, machinery, experience, financial status, average annual turn-over, income-tax return and sales tax deposit detail. • Registration: Departments where already registered (exclude confidential). • Certifications: All Certifications related to equipment • Performance Record: Complete detail of last 4-6 orders/ projects. • Bank Statement: Of last 6 months and bank certificate. • Affidavit: Firm not been blacklisted & litigation record (if any). 3. Selection Criteria: Financial standing, technical/ business knowhow, efficient & swift performance, documents/ records correctness. 4. Applicant firms, contractors, dealers and manufacturers can apply in any or all above listed solar equipment category. 5. Clarification and guidance (related to equipment specifications) may be obtained from ST Ventures-NUST on under mentioned contact detail during office time (Bum-5pm). B. Last date of applications submission to ST Ventures-NUST have now been extended to 6th Jan, 2014. 7. The applications shall be opened on receipt and evaluated without any specific opening date. B.
