A Public Sector Organization invites applications from suitably qualified candidates against the following positions purely on contract basis on following terms and conditions:-
Name of Post Qualification & Experience: Consultant (Finance) • Quota: Merit or other (i) MBA, CA, CMA, MA/M.Sc. in Accounting / Finance / Economics/ Management (First Class) with 15 years' experience in relevant field in a responsible position in the Government or in a National/International Telecom or other Organization of repute in public or private sector. OR (ii) BBA, CA, CMA, BA/B.Sc. in Accounting) Finance) Economics) Management (First Class) with 20 years' experience in relevant field in a responsible position in a Government or in an International / National Telecom or other Organization of repute in public or private sector. (iii) Proficiency in Computer is essential. Consultant (Law) • Quota: Merit (i) Post Graduates in Law / LLM (First Class) / Bar-at-law with Minimum 15 years' experience as an Advocate at High Court / Supreme Court level or having experience in high level legal Advisory capacity with National/International organization of repute dealing at International level. OR (ii) LLB / Bar-at-law with Minimum 20 years' experience as an Advocate at High Court / Supreme Court level or having experience in high level legal Advisory capacity with National/International organization of repute dealing at International level. iii) Computer literacy is essential iv) Experience should be related to at least two of the following areas: a) Regulatory Matters b) Knowledge of Telecommunication Laws c) International Law especially related to Telecommunication d) Corporate Laws e) Tax related issues Consultant (Technical) • Quota: Merit (i) M.Sc./M.S. Electrical/ Electronics / Telecom/ Engineering with Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant field in a responsible position in the Government or in a National / International Telecom or other Organization of repute in public or private sector. OR cli) B.E /B.Sc Electrical) Electronics/ Telecom / Engineering with Minimum 20 years' experience in relevant field in a responsible position in a Government or in an International/National Telecom or other Organization of repute in public or private sector. (iii) Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council is essential. (iv) Should also have strong knowledge of the following: - CCNA Security / JNCIS, CCNA Voice / JNCIS, CNNP / JNCIP Consultant (Project Management) • Quota: Merit (i) M.Sc./M.S. Engineering Management with Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant field in a responsible position in the Government or in a National / International Telecom or other Organization of repute in public or private sector. ii) Experience should be in at least two of the following areas: a) Higher Qualification in relevant discipline. b) Project Management Professional Certification. c) Experience in Management IT/ICT Projects. d) Regulatory Matters • Term of Contract for above positions - six months to one year • Place of Posting for above positions - Islamabad or in any zonal office.
