TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1 Full Name & Address of the Contractot Firms. 2 Application along with complete Bin-data of the Contractors/Firms/list of staff which would istrailable during execution of the Project. 3 Financial Status, Bank Balance certificate from scheduled banks shall be provided with theinpplications 4 Registration with Chief Inspector of Boiler for repair and replacement of boiler tubes. 5 Incomplete / Conditional applications / documents and received after last due date shall not beaccepted / entertained 6 National Tax Number, Professional Income Tax certificates. 7 If the Contractors/ Firms Supply incorrect fake information/ documents, they shall berecommended to the higher authorities for sits-qualification, if found at any stage, or during thccourse of execution. 8 List of T&P and their registration (if any). 9 Quotation should be confers in two envelops i.e Technical bids & Financial Bids. 10 Contractors, whose tenders are accepted, will be liable to pay all government taxes applicable 11 The Undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without any reasons. 12 Any other information can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working da3during office hours. N.B.: 1 The bids of only those firms shall be opened and allowed to participate in financial tendering process whose technical bid qualified for further proceedings by technical committee.
