SEED is a non-political, non-religious, not for profit, non-governmental organization working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and adjacent FATA. SEED intends to implement a WASH Project for the Afghan Refugees residing at the Afghan Refugees Camp at Khairabad, district Nowshera. Sealed bids in two separate envelops shall be submitted by 4 pm on or before Saturday 15th February 2014 to the P.O.Box No. in Islamabad (shared in the Tender Pack). Vendors/bidders can submit their bids for all task collectively or any single task separately. Bids will be opened on Monday 17th February 2014 according to time and venue mentioned in the tender pack. All the venders/bidders will be required to submit call deposit equivalents to 5% of the total bid value in favor of SEED. All taxes as per Government rules will be applicable. All the venders/bidders are required to submit the following materials along with quotations: 1. Detailed company/firm profile 2. Registration certificate 3. Registration certificate with PEC (if applicable) 4. NTN certificate 5. Enlistment/renewal with their respective departments (duly attested) 6. List of works completed during past five years (attached with work orders/work completion certificates) 7. Partnership deed (duly attached) 8. Particular of arbitration/litigation cases with the client, mentioning the results thereof 9. Financial statement for last 3 years (duly supported by bank certificate) The financial bids of only those vendors will be opened who will successfully dernonstrate their technical strength through profiles. SEED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria for acceptance of bid(s).
