WASH Program FATA-Bajaur Agency An international non-profit organization is hereby soliciting E01 from National Civil Society Organizations (CS05) who have relevant experience and expertise of working in WASH program component in Bajaur Agency of FATA. Interested CSOs are requested to submit their E01 in sealed envelope. Format for responding to E0I, providing the required information and attaching any relevant supporting documents can be requested from February 02, 2014 till February 12, 2014 (from 900 am to 200 pm) by sending an email to pakprocisb@gmail.com or visiting the following address:

Terms & Conditions: 1- Please submit your E01 on or before 16.00 hrs Pakistan time on Sunday February 16, 2014. 2- Project period: 2 years to complete the work (WASH activities) 3- Tentative start date: March 1, 2014 4- Organization must have a No Objection Certificate to work in Bajaur Agency or can secure a NOC within one month of project endorsement. 5- Partner organization will be selected based on the technical quality of their proposal, their projected costs, and whether or not they adequately addressed all the questions asked in E01 format especially an approach to M&E and information about what financial/procurement processes are in place. 6- Preference will be given to proposals from organizations that are from Bajaur agency or are already working in the agency or have previous experience of working in the agency. 7- The organization must be registered with the FATA Secretariat. Proof of their registration needs to be attached with the E0I. 8- The organization reserves the right to award contract to a single CSO or split. 9- The organization reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all EOls with or without assigning any reason. 10- Any clarification on this E01 should be addressed to pakprocisb@gmail.com
