The World Food Programme (WFP) is the world's largest humanitarian organization and the United Nation's front-line agency fighting global hunger. WFP has been providing assistance to food insecure communities across Pakistan since 1968. WFP is looking for applications from registered Fumigation companies who fulfill the below mentioned criteria. 1) Registration with Pakistan Standard Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) or any international certification. The company should also Unregistered with Federal Board of Revenue. 2) The company should preferably have sub-offices and technical team presence in all provincial headquarters, in particular Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Karachi. 3) The company should have minimum 3 year of fumigation experience. 4) Company should have minimum annual financial turnover of PKR 2 (two) Milton. 5) Company should have imported fumigation sheets and equipment, sufficient technical staff and the capacity to operate across Pakistan. "Office Space Required in Karachi" A public sector project, supported by a development partner, requires office space (Commercial / Bungalow Floors for commercial purposes) for more than 80 people within a radius of 10 KM of Sindh Secretariat (Preferably in Clifton Cantonment or in Defence Housing Authority Area). The Project life-cycle is expected to be 3 years. For this purpose, office space approximately 12000 - 13000 sq. feet on rental basis at reasonable rates are required. The space should consist of:
(i) At least 15 rooms, (ii) One big hall to be used as Committee Room for 50 persons, (iii) Operating lifts, (iv) Centrally air-conditioning, (v) Car parking, (vi) Effective security arrangements round the clock, (vii) Fire detection and sprinkling system (viii) Standby generator. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules.
